    Hi Im having  problems accessing the Backend Customization options, every time I click on it I got “Sorry, you aren’t allowed access this page” I’ve tried already checking my admin permissions and making a new .htaccess file.

     

    Can you please have a look at it and see if you can find the issue

    Hi there,

     

    It seems that the theme settings plugin wasn’t active. So after activating the Redux framework plugin theme settings should work just fine.

    Hi, thanks for the reply… the issue is that every time I activate Redux Framework, te site stop working, that’s actually what happened when you activate it.

     

    Any Ideas how this might be fixed?
