To whom it may concern
I have been trying to install your awesome wordpress theme Jevelin.
Every time I try to upload the Jevelin.zip word press chucks up this error
‘Unable to create directory ../wp-content/uploads/2023/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?’
Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

We are currently not sure what would be happening. The only thing that may cause it is that your website server has some limited file-writing permissions. We can inspect this issue further for you, but we will need login details for your website (you can share them in the private information field).
