Greetings! I’m trying to change the text for the login button on my account to say Register. I was also thinking of having both the login and register buttons on the top bar. either way how do I accomplish this?

I did some thinking and realised that what I need help doing is replaceing the login buttin with an icon instead. My website is http://www.vibe432.com
