1 – Can’t update WPBakery Page Builder plugin. He asks for registration.

2 – How can you reinstall the demo of the site.

3 – I can’t figure out exactly where to edit the template. Tried everywhere, but the edited content is always not complete. You can always see 35-60% of the content.

    Solution for this topic

    Hi @Shapir,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

1 – Can’t update WPBakery Page Builder plugin. He asks for registration.

Please note that you are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not a direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.

Please find more information about it on the following page.

    https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/faq/can-i-update-wpbakery-page-builder-if-i-have-purchased-it-in-a-theme/

We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case, you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with the theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins

2 – How can you reinstall the demo of the site.

Just delete all content on your website using the below plugin and then reinstall the demo content as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

3 – I can’t figure out exactly where to edit the template. Tried everywhere, but the edited content is always not complete. You can always see 35-60% of the content.

Do you want to edit the template or the page content?

Could you please share the screenshot of the issue that you are facing?

Also, could you please share the page URL from your site that you want to edit so that I can help you to edit it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Understood a little. But questions are piling up. Now help me figure out the child theme. When installing a theme, you need to activate the parent, or immediately you need to activate the child theme, and install demo content in it, and make all the settings.

I couldn’t figure out where to edit the menu. I need to edit the icons and temporarily remove the trash can.

You can activate the child theme at any time.

You can get more information about the child theme on the below pages.

You can configure them in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

Hello, I don’t know what to do. What and where should I change. Please tell me.

( The AMP plugin performs at its best when persistent object cache is enabled. Object caching is used to more effectively store image dimensions and parsed CSS. )

There is a critical performance issue!
Unyson” plugin interferes with REST API and loopback requests.
[ A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests. ]

To help us keep the support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.

We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
