    Hi Shufflehound,

    I just installed WordPress on my site, and then purchased, installed, and activated the Jevelin Theme, including the Unyson plug-in. Then from the Dashboard, I went to

    Appearance > Theme Settings > “Click here to install a demo content”
    When I click on that link, I get a white screen that says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” For that error screen, the URL in the browser is https://[my website]/wp-admin/tools.php?page=fw-backups-demo-content

    How do I fix this, so that I can install the Jevelin demo content? Thanks!

    Hi @jc,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Please make sure you are using latest version of theme http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/ and try importing the content disabling all other plugins except Unyson plugin.

    Hi Shufflehound team,

    Thanks for your fast and helpful reply.

    I disabled all plug-ins except for Unyson, deleted the previous installation of the Jevelin theme, and installed the newest version (2.2.0) of the theme. Unfortunately, I am still get the same error message when I try to install the demo content.
