I’m trying to change the social media icons on the body of the home page next to the subscribe section but it only has options to add accounts from Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Google+, Pinterest but no Instagram or Youtube. How can I add those?
This is not at the top nav where there’s a share icon, but that’s down below on the home page next to the subscribe section.

It seems you are using Shufflehound Social widget.
If it is so then you can add more social icons in it using the widget option as shown in the attached screenshot.

If you are talking about full width page then you can achieve it using theme option.
