When I tried to create a drop down menu for the titles at the top of my website, in the header, it would break and the drop down menu would show up in a different space, not where it’s supposed to be. Additionally, either if I try to add a drop down, or I add more titles, the titles will shift below to another line instead of continuing where they are. How do I fix that?

    Hi @globalobserver,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi, the website is gobserver.net

I’m currently not using drop down menus because it messes up the format and visual – so you won’t be able to see the glitch on the website directly. Is that okay? How else can we go about it, if not?

I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your shared website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi. As far as I can tell, I have the “Envato Market Plugin” installed – I’m not sure how to go from there to update Gillion.

Please refer to the information provided on the below pages to know how to use the Envato Market Plugin to update the theme on your website.

Alternatively, you can update the theme by downloading the latest version of the theme shared above and update it as described on this page https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi, I did the above, and they showed me this note:

Your OAuth Personal Token has been verified. However, there are no WordPress downloadable items in your account.

I am not sure why this is happening for you.

Please contact the Envato Market Plugin support to resolve the error.
