    I have added a dropdown on the page, while previewing it it shows up two times, I disabled all the plugins, but still issue exists.

    Can you please test if the issue appears also in the default WordPress theme?

    It works fine while tried on default theme. attached the shared screenshots.

    You can add this custom CSS in the Jevelin Settings (at the topbar) > CSS/JSS section.

    .wp-block-jetpack-contact-form .SelectBox {
    display: none!important;
}
