I’ve already follow all instruction https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/ but unfortunately without any success, please help.
I use PHP Version – 7.2.19
“An error occurred while fetching file from: http://api.shufflehound.com/gillion/ocdi_files/personal/personal_content.xml!
Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”“cURL error 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer”

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I logged into your shared site and confirmed the issue but it is working fine for me on my test site as shown in the attached screenshot.

Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”This is your website server specific error that you can resolve as described in the following pages or contacting your webhost.
