    I have just installed the Jevelin theme and I am getting an error message at the top of some website pages:

    <b>Warning</b>: session_start(): Unable to clear session lock record in <b>/var/sites/v/vandymasseystudio.art/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/includes/hooks.php</b> on line <b>258</b>

    <b>Warning</b>: session_start(): Failed to read session data: memcached (path: 10.170.0.172:11211; 10.170.0.173:11211; 10.170.0.174:11211) in <b>/var/sites/v/vandymasseystudio.art/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/includes/hooks.php</b> on line <b>258</b>

    When I reload the page, the warning disappears but I would like to resolve this as it makes the website look less than professional to users.

    Also – I have updated my version of php to 7.3 so I am on the latest version.

    Aaaand it’s back again. So not resolved at all. This is becoming a real pain. And Unyson support forum doesn’t seem to have any answers to questions for weeks now – so no support at all, actually.

    Any other ideas?

    Please try deleting and reinstalling the Unyson plugin and use the solutions shared above.

    Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

    I did all of that. My website was clear for less than a week and then the error message returned.

    Are you actually asking me to do it all again?

    I spoke to my hosting company and they may have solved the problem for me. But based on last time, I can’t say its completely resolved for a week or so yet – given that the problem recurred before.

    So all I can say is that the message is currently not appearing.

    So, no need to respond further at the moment. Thanks.

    Ok. Next time when your hosting company will resolve the issue then please do ask them what was the problem and how they resolved it.

    The errors are back. I’ve started a new thread as this seem to be a Unyson problem
