Hi, I have a problem with my website previewing on the chat app Discord and others, attached in the private field is a screenshot with a comparison between a competitor and mine which should explain the problem.
I only want the name of the website twice and a bigger picture, thanks!
Hi @Lemonado114,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please contact the chat app Discord support to know whether we need to make any changes in the website to display it properly?
Best regards,
Shufflehound teamThis is what I got for a reply, I’m not sure what i’m supposed to do 😀
The theme is already displaying the image on the website so please contact them on http://dis.gd/contact as mentioned in the reply.
I got this back but It doesn’t really help
http://prntscr.com/ivjsh4It seems from your shared screenshot that they are talking about creating facebook and twitter meta data that you can create using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ as described in the following pages.

Alright, but how does it help the preview for Discord?
That is what is posted in your shared reply but If you have any doubts then please ask to http://dis.gd/contact
