    Hi,

    I added longitude and latitude, and now I already get a grey area, but still it doesn’t work. I don’t have any errors in the developer console.

    the url is : https://unairdeweb.fr/artetmouvement/

    the lattitude/longitude is : 43.12496, 5.92751

    the API Key in place.

    Thanks by advance for your help

    Hi @pascal,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I can see a javascript error in the browser console as shown in the attached screenshot so please resolve it to make the map work.

    This can be due to plugins used on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether the error gets resolved and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is generating it if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi,

    Thanks for this quick answer.

    I disabled the extensions with no change. I use only 4 extensions (see in attachment the list of extensions and plugins)

    Best Regards,

    Pascal

    Could you please try removing the latitude/longitude and instead try adding the address in the map settings?

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Hi, Find below the user and password to enter in my site.

    dev-template

    password :
    <table>
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td width=”210″>Z8ptoMyT8f7GRBr%IVR4N10W</td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>

    Your shared login credentials are not working for me so please make sure that it is correct and working fine.

    Also, please don’t share sensitive information on the forum by adding it in the file as this is a public forum so the information shared can be seen by others.

    Please change the shared user credentials on your website ASAP.

    If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)” or send it on [email protected]

    Hi,

    Thanks for your work. But You have seen that de Google Map doesn’t appear ?

    Best regards

    Pascal

    First of all please resolve the Google map error displayed in the browser console as shared above.

    Please note that the error only displays when you don’t set Latitude and Longitude in the Google map element so please don’t set them until you resolve the error.

    You can resolve it as described below.
