Hello,
Sure! First, please make sure that both the theme and WordPress are fully updated. Also, if you’re using any performance or optimization plugins, try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem remains, please share a link to your website so we can check it directly.
Best regards,

Can you support me quickly because I need to start selling but I can’t because the problems are not resolved.
Hello,
We just checked your cart page, and it appears to be working correctly on our end (screenshot attached below). As for the Shop page issue, that’s definitely unusual – it works fine on our demo site, so something specific to your setup might be causing it.
Please share temporary login details in the private information field below so we can take a closer look and help you get this sorted quickly.

Shufflehound team
The issue occurs when you click the cart icon in the upper right corner. The shop page also appears blank. I’ve shared the temporary login information below. Can you create a new installation like the one in the demo? The cart should work properly, and the shop page should be full. Also, the top menu should be empty, and only the cart icon should be visible. I’d be very grateful if you could test the theme on mobile after installing it. Also, if you could explain the source of the issue, it would be helpful for my next installation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Can you help me quickly? I want to solve this problem quickly.
Hello,
Thank you for the login details, though please note that they were shared publicly instead of in the private information field, as requested earlier. For security reasons, please change your login credentials right away.
After checking your site, we found that the demo content wasn’t imported into a clean WordPress installation. This caused duplicate pages (including the Shop page), which led to it appearing blank. Additionally, some shop related pages were using the Block Editor instead of the theme layout and broke the design.
We also noticed that some styling issues on mobile caused by the AMP plugin, so we’ve deactivated it for now.

Some things have been fixed now. However, there’s no “My Account” section for customers to view their order history. Also, when logging into the site on mobile, clicking the “Shop” page and then the “Cart” icon in the top right corner, a black screen appears with products lined up sideways. How can we resolve this?
Also how can I switch from block layout to theme layout after reinstalling the theme
Hello,
Sure, we can take another look, please share new login details in the private information field so we can check this directly.
As for switching from the block layout to the theme layout, you just need to replace the Block Editor content on each WooCommerce page with the correct shortcode. You can find the full shortcode list here: WooCommerce Shortcodes Guide

I’ve shared my temporary login information below. The problem is, after accessing the Shop section on mobile, adding items to the cart and clicking the cart drop button, the cart changes to black, and the items in the cart are listed to the right. I’d also like to make the My Account section an icon. I’d be very grateful if you could configure this as well.
The top section should only contain text for the Homepage and Store, while the rest should contain icons. My Account should also contain icons. After clicking the icon, there should be a login and sign-up screen. Furthermore, neither the website nor the sign-up screen are working. I would be very grateful if you could resolve these issues. It would also be great if you could resolve the mobile issue we experienced above. I’ve shared the temporary login information above.
It’s been 3 days but I haven’t received a response. Can you help me?
Hello,
Sorry for the delay! We’re still checking what’s causing the mobile shop dropdown styling issue.
Regarding the “My Account” page, we’ve added it to your header navigation. You can adjust its position or styling under Appearance > Menus.
We didn’t fully understand the part about “The top section should only contain text for the Homepage and Store, while the rest should contain icons”. Could you please clarify what you’d like to achieve there, or even better, share a quick screenshot showing how you’d like it to look? That would help us understand it more clearly.
Best regards,

Hello, first of all, thank you so much for your help. I’m new to WordPress, so I don’t know much about it, and I desperately need your help. I know you’ll help me throughout the site’s development, so I give it a 5 for customer satisfaction. Now, let me explain my issues and requests.
1) I don’t want the “Checkout” section in the top menu to be visible. I’d like it to say “Support” instead, and clicking it should redirect you to support.woneces.com. I also don’t want all the options at the top to be in capital letters. Instead, it would be great if they were just the first letter. Example: Store, Support, Cart
2) When I click the cart icon on the homepage on the mobile version, it’s slow to detect. This would be great if this could be fixed.
3) Also, on the mobile version, after entering the Store page, the shortcut menu that opens when I click the cart icon has a black background and looks bad. Furthermore, products are listed side by side instead of one below the other. (Screenshots have been sent.) It would be great if this issue could be resolved.
4) The registration section on the site isn’t working and says it’s closed. I’d be very grateful if there was a page with both registration and login sections when I clicked on my account.
We can resolve these issues now. Later, we can review my other issues. Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your response.
Note: Temporary login information is the same as the previous one.
Additionally, could you please create the store page like the screenshot I sent? Products will be on the right, and at the top of the left, you can add a product search section, then a categories section, and then a newest products section (no advertising section)
