When I upload a featured image for a post, the same image is shown in different parts of the website (front page, blog page, etc.). In some places it keeps the original aspect ratio, but in others it gets cropped — I’ve noticed like 3–4 different variations. That’s a big problem when the images include text or logos. If a user does not have any control over this – this is a poor implementation.
Hello, and thank you for your patience! We apologize for the delayed response – our team was away for the holidays. We hope you had a wonderful holiday season as well.
Featured images may appear differently because WordPress creates several image sizes used in various layouts. Some are cropped to keep a consistent design. Please share links to the pages where you notice the issue so we can check and suggest the best fix.
