    Hello,

    I add my instagrom username but I can not seem my instagram posts  in the widgets on my website. There are no seem side bar or footer instagram widgets.

    My website is “www.fashion-wave.com”

    There is no any error info, just look empty. Could you please check and give me info about this problem?

    I visited your website and saw the below error in the browser console.

     

    Instagram Feed: Unable to fetch the given user/tag. Instagram responded with the status code: 404

     

    Could you please make sure that you have configured the Instagram settings correctly with the proper user/tag?

    Hello Dear Support Team,

    I configured as I attached. I had try put the username “with @” and “without @”

    The problem continues.

    Shouldn’t we do the configuration settings through the widget? Are we setting up from somewhere else?

    There is no other setting.

     

    Are you using any CDN such as secureservercdn?

     

    If yes then could you please try temporarily deactivating it?
