    Hello! I just updated my theme version. When I select the “Install Plugins” link I get a message saying I do not have access to that page. Any ideas?

    Reads: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Install Plugins is not an option in the Appearance menu. Still using Unyson, maybe need to upgrade to Redux for it work? I cannot install WP Bakery.

    Still looking for some guidance. I cannot get the plugin installer to open so I can install the Redux Framework. Please advise.

    Hi there,

     

    Are you using the latest theme version?

     

    You can also install the Redux plugin manually from the plugins section.

    I have Redux installed and the latest theme version with WP Bakery, when I try to launch the Jevelin page templates nothing happens. Only when I close WP Bakery does the templates page pop up quickly and then disappears. Any reports of this happening or solutions?

    In this case, we are not sure what could cause it.
