Cant change anything on my website with wp bakery. There is an update, and update is also giving an error.
update error: An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?
And white screen if i want to edit page with wp bakery

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Then you can update the WPBakery page builder plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

I get the following url when i want to edit my page with wp bakery AND a white screen so i cant go further.

You are using older version 4.8.3 of the Jevelin so please update it to the latest version 4.9.1 as described above and then update the plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Where should i upload that file, you send me?
Second question, why is it not automatically instead of manually dropping that file?

Please follow my steps below.
Download the below theme file.
Then upload it on the below path as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
Then update the WpBakery page rbuilder plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
OK this one is explained much better, i spend hours to find the solution because your previous respons what not clear š

Ignore the screenshots, it worked out, but cant delete it

I am having this problem too. And have downloaded and installed your theme update many times with the failure. I have entire sections of my site going very wrong and you have ignored my tickets for days now. Please suggest what I should do if there is not plugin found:
