    I have updated the theme so far at least 7 times and my customization never disappeared. This time, after updating I end up with no widgets, the columns and the settings I made for them don’t appear on the page anymore (the blog-post fancy disappeared completely although settings are made for it and active).

    That was definitely not an UPDATE !!!!

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Please make sure you are using following latest version of theme and latest versions of plugins.

    If the issue still persists then could you please share the screenshots of it and Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?
