It seems you are talking about masonry blog posts image which you can change by setting post featured image as described in the following page.

Yes i got your URL.
Please use the page Header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I used those settings and it just looks the same. Here is the screenshot. I updated twice – still no change…

That made the top header bar show, however the image is still the same. I want my own image, not the lady with the camera – how do I change that image? I have my own selected in the titlebar background image section…?

That image is a section background image so you can change it by editing section layout element as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Where do I find the section background image? Where is the section layout element editing area? I can’t find it? What drop down menu do I go to?
