    I have been having this issue for months. My hero image on the front page loads but then disappears, and all that remains is an ugly grey box. How can I fix this?

     

    NB when I am logged in as admin the image loads up normally and displays in is full glory

    I have attached two screen shots of the front page, one where I am logged in as admin, and one which shows how my front page looks to all other users with that weird and ugly grey box instead of a picture.
