- customize.php 404 error
- cannot change the Jevelin logo and text under on Footer
- The mobile site product page doesn’t have shopping cart function.

Regarding your questions:
- We are not sure why that could happen without logging in to your website, but you can use the Jevelin Settings instead as there will be all our theme settings will be available.
- It seems that you have already added a logo there, if you also want to add text, then it can be done under Jevelin Settings > Footer > Copyright text.
- We can see that your site’s mobile version has a cart icon in the header, did you manage to solve this?

Thank you, log in details worked!
We disabled the Unyson framework plugin, which seems to have solved customize 404 issues, can you please test it?
We also removed the Jevelin widget block in the footer (it can be adjusted under Appearance > Widgets > Footer widgets)

The customize page now works.
- How could I change the background picture, for home page subscribe section.
- Please see the attached mobile version, I cannot change the logo and the product is showing as a blog post, didn’t find the shopping cart function.

- You can change it by:
- Clicking on Edit with WPBakery Page Builder (at the top bar of the front page)
- Finding the subscribe section
- Hover on Row and click on the Edit icon
- Switch to the Design Options tab
- And there you can change it by the Background options
- Should be fixed now
