    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Please try updating to the latest beta version of Jevelin, as it includes several fixes for compatibility with WordPress 6.6, which may resolve the issue with the featured image not saving:

The issue might be related to the Unyson framework. I have tested it on our demo site using the Redux framework, and everything worked as expected. Could you please try temporarily disabling the Unyson plugin and then check if the featured image saves correctly?

You might need the latest beta version to make portfolio work without Unyson and Redux:

    Hello,

Could you please confirm if you’ve tried disabling the Unyson plugin as previously suggested? This step can help determine if the issue is related to Unyson.

    Hello,

In the previous update, we have made changes to ensure the Portfolio section works without the Unyson framework being active. It seems a few additional adjustments were needed, but it should now work fine in the latest beta version. Please give it a try:

Regarding the featured image issue, it seems the bug is coming from Unyson, and unfortunately, we currently don’t have a fix other than migrating to Redux, where the Portfolio works correctly. We will keep working on a solution, but there are limitations on what we can address from the theme side.

I updated the latest beta version of Jevelin 5.11.1

Already on my site, both frameworks Unyson and Redux are active. However, the problem persists.

The project saved but unfotunatelly the cover image not saved. As previous.

Also when I deactivate Unyson the [Portfolio[ disappears from the menu. So I cannot find the Projects…

This happens whether the Redux is active or inactive.

If you want I can send a user to see admin panel of my website (saekmesol.gr)

Finally I come up with my own solution.

I open the project and select [WPBakery Page Builder].

Then I set the Feature Image from there and now after Update the project is saved and the cover image is also saved.

I’m thinking that the problem may be because when the image is uploaded, different sizes of this image are created, (e.g. filename-150×150.png, ) which I now see is not the case.

    Hello,

That’s strange that the Portfolio section didn’t work without Unyson activated, we will need to investigate this further. It’s great to hear you found a solution by using WPBakery Page Builder! Thank you for sharing that workaround. We’ll keep looking into this to see if there’s a possible solution on our side.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out.
