Notice section is off, but periodicity shows blank notifications when you visiting the website.

Sorry for this issue, it could happen due to one of our tweaks, which improves theme loading performance.
Issue should be fixed in the latest theme beta version bellow:
Let us know if the issue is fixed, so we can update it in Themeforest for all theme users. 🙂
