We downloaded your theme and are having too many issues. We can’t get it to work and would like a refund.

Same here theme already have a lot of problems, and it doesn’t seem useful or have a potential to develop it more than just few demos that are already provided, at first it looked fine, and saw the potential but it’s limiting our development so for this reason we want a full refund.
