    This is the 3rd time I am writing about this topic.

    Please note that I want a refund.

    You are not answering my questions or taking the time to sort our the issue.

    Your documentation is terrible.

    I spent half a day to tackle demo import.

    I wrote to you again 5 hours ago about the issue.

    I have to report the case to Envato.

    It is unacceptable to behave like this or provide misleading or incomplete instructions in your documentation files.

    You will get theme documentation in your WordPress admin area as shown in the attached screenshot and we have also answered some frequently asked questions on the page below.

    In order to avoid all these conversations and misunderstandings, it would be helpful if you would update your documentation files in your website (see attachments).

    Please note that there are some errors there (in the names of required plugins and the accompanying links).
