My site has a blank in-line style that is causing my cache plugin to not combine css stylesheets. Is there anyway to remove this blank in line css?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to remove the CSS code added in the custom CSS option of the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot and add that CSS code in the style.css file of the Gillion child theme.

Shufflehound teamI did, that is blank (see attached). But the style id still is showing in the page code with nothing in it. Can I remove this, there s no reason for the style id if it is empty.

I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
