My author links and pages are working just fine overall — but not in the Shufflehound Recent Posts widget. Rather than linking to the appropriate author page, the links are sending people to https:myurl/author/whatever is in the “website” field under “contact info” on each user’s individual page.
For example, if I put https://myurl in the “website” field on a specific user’s page, any posts they’ve written will link their name in the Shufflehound Recent Posts widget to https:myurl/author/https://myurl — which of course leads to 404s.
How can I change this on the widget? It’s not doing this on the actual pages … Just in this one spot.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I could confirm the issue on my test site using latest version of Jevelin theme therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue by using the modified child theme of Jevelin theme shared in the following topic.
