    Dear Jeveline team,

    I hope this ticket finds you well.

    I create the ticket regarding of the header sticky issue on my website:http://blog.hurdlers.kr/.

    I created the header with static html code by wp-backery. I try both sticky header/ mobile sticky header on Front-end Customization of Jeveline theme and I manually add position fix to header tag when scroll.

    Regarding the issue above, I wonder if anything you can take a look for the issue. I also leave the wp password and id

    Hi there,

     

    Sticky header options only work with our built-in headers. As you add your own custom header our options don’t work anymore.

     

    We inspected your custom header and it seems that we might have found the cause – you need to remove transform CSS attributes for the #page-container block and your sticky header should work just fine.
