Hi, I have two submenus under my main menu on this site: recipes and resources (www.accessiblechef.com). When you click the icon next to recipes or resources, it used to pull down the submenu. However, this is no longer working- clicking the icon just takes you to the main recipe or resources page. I don’t think I changed anything to cause this problem, but maybe it happened after an update and I didn’t notice at first? Thanks!

    Hi @annamoyer,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I visited your website and saw a javascript error occurred in the browser console on clicking on the submenu which seems causing the issue.

This can be a child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.

Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

We just went through older topics and saw that topic doesn’t have a reply.

If it is still useful for someone  then this issue could happen due to many causes one of them would cause it would be new plugin installations of plugin updates that can cause similar issues. So one of the first steps would be to disable plugins one by one to see if some plugin isn’t causing it.

    Best regards,
