    hi,

My Gillion theme is activated with product key. However, there is no automatic update shown for latest version of the theme.

My theme is on 4.2.1 and there is automation option to update the theme.

    How canΒ  fix this?

    Thanks,

    Lalit

    Hi there,

Currently, the latest version is 4.4

Would it be possible to log in to your website to debug this issue? (you can share the login details in the private information field)

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

Today we made some changes regarding our update server, so not sure if that changed something, but we saw the Gillion update available under the Updates section. We updated it for you! πŸ™‚

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot.

I noticed, that the theme update mentions the WP Bakery page builder updated to the latest version but the plugin is not updated. It is still on version 5.5

When tried to update the plugin, I see the attached error.

Is this something related to the theme or do I need to take it up with WPBakery?

    Please suggest.

    Best,

    Lalit

    That is great! πŸ™‚

Please try to update it via our theme plugin installer under Appearance > Install plugins.

Oh, it seems that you have added a license to your website. Can you remove it for a moment and test it again?

Also in some cases, it helps to remove, the WPbakery page builder, before updating. You can try that and then install it again under Appearance > Install plugins.
