    I am having problem with customisation tabs not showing after update of wordpress and theme,cannot do anything on the header logo,after theme update it dissapeared and many options from site are dissapeared? Please check the screenshot and resolve.

    Hello,

     

    Please ensure that the required framework plugin, such as Unyson or Redux, is installed and activated. Activate only the one you have previously used for theme and page settings.

     

    If the issue persists, try clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts by deactivating all plugins except the required one.

    Hello,tried all but settings doesnt show,please if needeed I will give WP login details to make it work.

    We’ve tried a few options, and everything seems to be functioning correctly. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. Could you let us know any specific settings or areas you’d like us to check further?

    Are you serious???

    This is not from my website!,thisis not the theme I use,what is this Gillion thing?

    I use Jevelin theme,I paid support fee to you,you dont take 10 min to even take a look at website? There are no such Settings Options in the Customize tab!Tried with different PC,web browsers.

    I can’t understand you at all,if this is support:((((

    I’m really sorry for the earlier confusion, and thank you for sticking with us through this! After checking your site, we realized that the Unyson page builder wasn’t installed, which is why the customization options were missing. We’ve gone ahead and installed it for you, and everything should now be working as expected. 🙂

     

    Since Unyson is deprecated, if you don’t use Unyson page builder, we strongly recommend upgrading to the new page settings framework, which is faster, more secure, and future-proof. You can do this easily by navigating to Jevelin > Framework Upgrade and following the steps provided.
