Hi,
I have managed to install the upload the theme onto my WordPress.
However, the them I bought does not load the template chosen. Would you be able to kindly advise me how I can get the theme style uploaded on to my wordress as shown on the below link so I can customise it accordingly.

Hi there,
Yo will need to install our theme demo content.
You can do it by going to Appearance > Import Demo Data and install demo you would like to see.

In that page you just need to press “Install” and demo will be downloaded/installed automatically.
These demo files are located on our servers.

I have managed to find the file and tried to import demo, but I keep having this error. P.S screenshot.

Can you please try our other installation method under “Appearance > Import Demo Data” it works differently than Tools > Demo Content Install.
