Hi Staff,
I am working in pagesettings / titlebar, I insert an image in “Titlebar Background Image”, save and everything works fine. When I make any other changes and save, the image I placed in “Titlebar Background Image” is deleted.
Jevelin Version 5.1.2
Can you check it out please?
Thanks!
Hi there,
We will test it. Can you please let us know if you are using Unyson framework or Redux framework? (in activate plugin list)
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Redux is activated but the pages are built with Unyson.
Luca
Ok, then we need to know one more thing to test it.
Did you migrated to Redux framework settings? You can see the status when opening “Admin sidebar > Jevelin > Framework Upgrade”

Yes, we can confirm it. We are not sure why it is happening, but we added it to the next theme update bug list.
Ok, thanks!
Luca
Thank you for letting us know, we will let you know when the fix will be ready.
Hi Staff,
the problem of displaying the “Titlebar Background Image” is still there.
It’s frustrating, every time the page is saved, you have to insert the “Titlebar Background Image” because it gets deleted.
I ask for your help, thank you
The theme is updated to 5.2.2
Sorry for that.
If you could share a login data to your website dashboard, we could debug it further and try some fixes for your websites.
The issue should be fixed, can you please confirm that?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Now everything works fine, you have been very kind.
Thank you and have a good WE!

We are glad that it worked! 🙂
This fix will be included in the next theme update.
