1. How do I change these titles?
Those are the widget titles that you can change from the widgets area as shown in the attached screenshot.
2. Your own rituals? At where? And these numbers?
These are displayed by the “Shufflehound Social Counter” widget that you are using in the widget area and the numbers are fetched from the respective social networking sites.
3. How can I decrease the size, font, and color of citations?
You can try achieving this using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

This is also displayed by the widget added in the widget area as described above and you can edit the widget settings to configure it.
