Hi, after installing the theme and reading the documentation i am unable to see Tools > Demo Content Install
Please advise, i have installed Uyson and associated plugins with this.

You have to first activate the theme on your site and then you will find it on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Import Demo Data
In doing so that will un-activate my current theme right? How sure are you that activation will show the demo content as i dont want to activate and then not have anything to import.

Yes, in WordPress you can activate only one theme at a time.
