    Hi there,

    I am using Jevelin theme and when I visit my site from mobile the parent menus are not clickable. I mean when I click (tap) on them they just expand the children sub menus (which are clickable). I want when tapping the name of the parent menu to redirect me to their page and when I tap the down arrow to open the submenu.

    This is a tricky one as we have made improvements regarding this feature, but it doesn’t always work.

     

    Can you please share a link to your website, so we can take a look?

    Also, is the theme updated to the latest version?

    Hi there,

     

    Currently, it seems that the only thing we can recommend is to try to switch to predefined theme layouts under Jevelin Settings > Header and see if that improves it.
