    Hi,  I recently purchased the GILLION wp theme and have been creating my site, however when attempting to edit the sidebar widget from the WP Dashboard>Appearance> Widgets it just displays a blank page (screen shots attached).

    Troubleshooting: I have determined that this is caused by the REDUX framework as when this plugin is disabled the Widgets are then displayed and I am able to edit the widgets.

    I did notice this was a bug reported in REDUX framework over 1 year ago but the support page says it should have been fixed in the recent version of REDUX(?).

    WP version: 6.2.2

    REDUX version: 4.4.1

    Hi there,

     

    Can you please try installing Classic Widgets and let us know if that fixes the issue?

    Thanks for your prompt reply. I have installed the classic widgets plugin as suggested and the widgets are now showing. Can you tell me if this is a work around and if any functionality is missing as I don’t see the classic widgets plugin listed as a REQUIRED plugin for this theme?

    That is great! Yes, this is a workaround.

    As you mentioned it seems to be related to the Redux plugin, but we haven’t figured out why and how to fix it.
