Hi,
as you can see from the screenshot attached, wpbakery is not rendering Gillion’s blocks.
I have already removed a re-installed wpbakery (purchased) but no luck.
Can you help me please?

It seems that Gillion’s shortcodes are not available in wpbakery.

I logged into your shared site and reinstalled the WpBakery plugin which made it work as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please confirm it?

yes it’s working but now wpbakery is in version 6.0.2 and needs to be upgraded to version 6.0.3.
What happens if I upgrade the plugin to 6.0.3?
Could that be the problem?
Have you purchased the WPBakery plugin?
If yes then you can try updating it but if you face the issue with it again then install the previous version by deleting and reinstalling it from Appearance -> Install Plugins
