Which theme version are you currently using? If you are not on the latest version, please update it and try again.
i’ve updated the jevelin theme and WP Bakery still says i cannot update without subscription.
Do you still receive the same error message after updating?
In some instances, it’s recommended to disable (or even uninstall) the WPBakery page builder before updating the plugin. Consider disabling it and trying again.
Hi.. as i mentioned in the ticket title, v4.7 🙂
So we deactivated the plugin then tried again and got this:
“Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
We’re not going to bother uninstalling for now but just be aware this has never happened before, updates have always been seamless, so something isn’t right this time. Thanks.
Would it be possible for you to test the latest beta version and see if the issue stills remains? We updated WPBakery page builder to the 7.1 version.
