I uninstalled the theme…and reinstalled a different theme. Its working fine now. But for whatever reason, WordPress is uninstalling my membership plugin stating there is malware stuck in the theme. Even though I downloaded the latest version and did a fresh install.

The site is working fine now but the plugin will not take responsibility for the faulty plugin and will not refund my money.

I know this is a different issue now, I just have no idea what to do.

    I appreciate your help

Greetings! Thank you for your response!

Disabling all plugins except those two hasn’t resolved anything.

There are no plugin conflicts. WordPress customer service has done hours of research and determined that there is nothing they can do from their end and it is strictly theme related.

Attached is what the site looks like with those two plugins enabled.

Mobile site is still the same problem.

Will someone please take a look. After hundreds of hours of dealing with issues Im feeling the need to start from scratch and lose everything.

Greetings! I don’t mean to be a bother…but my blog has randomly shifted all text to the right. I just noticed this.

This happened after the latest update. I can’t figure out how to reposition all the text to go back to the left.

If I import a different Jevelin template, will it delete my site data or just replace the look and feel?

    Thanks again for your help.

There is no custom CSS on the tite. You are more than welcome to log in. Ide sincerely appreciate that.

If you could please take a look at the header doubling as well that would be amazing.

Right. I wish it was as simple as that.

I sent you screenshots of what happens when I disable boxed layout. It cuts everything off on the edges. Please reread my initial ticket.

The boxed layout remains on both mobile and desktop once it is disabled.

I have disabled it and the two images attached are from the desktop and my cellphone.

Well, I’ve disabled the Search, shopping, login etc because I can’t have a site that looks like that to my visitors. It’s like that on every page if enabled.

I’ve tried going through the Customize Theme option as well as My Site – Customize. It just duplicates everything.

I’m more concerned with the mobile view not working the way it should.

    I really appreciate your help.

My apologies for the delay. I am fairly new to wordpress and you were correct. I needed to import demo content. The site is working amazing now. Thank you so much.

Although, viewing it on devices is a different story. Its complete CSS on the homepage. Lots of people have complained that they cant use it on mobile. Since a majority of traffic is from mobile this is incredibly important that the Jevelin theme work properly.

On Safari and Chrome on IOS it it only possible to read if you scroll to the bottom and click “view full site”. Otherwise is just code.

Ive run the healthcheck and troubleshooter, disabled all plugins and enabled them one by one. Changed the jetpack settings for mobile per google results. The issue persists.

Is there is anything else I can do to resolve this? It doesnt appear to be happening to anyone else.

Thank you so much for your time and swift response! I sincerely appreciate your time.
