Thank you for your reply.
I have installed the latest theme update.
With regards to the bolded text – I have not added bold tags.
There is no bold tag in the footer – I wouldn’t know how to make the page links included in the footer bold either.
I’ve check all of these inputs and none of them are bolded, and yet it is showing on the site.
I’ve attached more examples.
Thanks again for your help.
Ben
Oh wow – such a simple fix.
It’s worked now – thank you for your help.
I have another query I hope you can help with.
I’ve not made any changes but recently, all the “standard” copy on my blog appears to have been bolded (footer description, testimonials copy, blog excerpts etc.) do you know why this is and how can I change it back to regular?
I’ve uploaded a screenshot so you can see what I mean, it looked far neater when it wasn’t all bolded.
Thanks again!
Perfect!
Thanks for your help 🙂
Regards
Ben
I see.
Excellent, thanks for your help.
Can’t believe I couldn’t work that out myself.
Regards
Ben
Thanks for your help.
This may be an obvious question, but how do I swap to the Gutenberg Editor in the blog post?
Thanks!
I’ve pasted in the link below.
There’s two columns that are fixed, so you can’t “wrap” the text around the image like you would be able to in a normal blog post.
I’ve attached a snapshot of how it looks in the editor which might help.
OK thanks for your help.
OK thanks for the reply, I undetrstand.
Is there a way of having a different image for the thumbnail instead of the featured image?
Thanks for the reply, that’s not what I meant though.
I don’t want to show the whole image.
I want it to show the image aligned to the right, instead of centred.
So the same “amount” of image is shown, just aligned to the right instead of the center.
I’ve attached a PDF, I hope it makes sense!
Hi,
I’ve posted an example link in the private information below.
It’s in my sidebar – with the recent posts widget.
Again, all I want to do is align the thumbnail image “behind” the circle to either the left or the right.
Thanks for your help.
OK, yes it all seems to be working now.
Thanks for your help.
Solution for this topic
I see what it was now, the medical page footer was selected, I’ve switched it to that one now
I was sure I’d go it right!
Thanks for your time – now fixed.
Solution for this topic
Forget that, it’s working now!
Still having issues.
For some reason, the correct header on my homepage is only showing when I’m logged in to my wordpress site.
If not, it just doesn’t register any changes that I’ve made?
I’ve cleared my cache, tried in explorer, chrome and chrome incognito and the header is still red, but it should be black – which it is when I’m logged in????
No this is a different problem.
I am going to build the page from scratch again.
If it continues I’ll let you know.
It is definitely something to do with my homepage.
If I set any of my other pages to homepage, the header changes work absoultely fine.
Again, it’s like there is something overwriting any changes that I make and keeping the header transparent.
I don’t want my rev slider on the homepage to sit “behind” the header.
I want a black block header – but despite changing the colours in styling, it just won’t work.
There is something in the code somewhere overwriting my changes.
Solution for this topic
I’ve fixed it.
I just deleted the slider box and added it again and it works perfectly now.
I can’t believe I didn’t think of this before.
I’m still having problems with making changes to the header though, I cannot change it from being transparent.
I have tried adding revolution slider to a new page and it works absolutely fine.
Same with my header (as per my other thread).
There is something on my homepage stopping the slider from showing properly and my header colour changes etc. from showing.
Could it be something to do with the theme I’ve imported and used as my homepage?
Something somewhere is overiding my changes – but only on the homepage.
I’ll take a look thanks.
