Please don’t close the ticket yet, I found another question in regards to the portfolio fancy.
We have now two pages:
One for bikes
Bikes – bike-innovations DEVELOPMENT
and one for equipment
Equipment – bike-innovations DEVELOPMENT
Both pages have different portfolio categories assigned. These categories are displayed in the category menu at the very beginning of the page. However on both pages the same portfolio articles are displayed.
How can I ensure that on the page “Bikes” I see only bike related categories & on the page “Equipment” I see only equipment related categories?Thanks and kind regards

thanks I’ve installed the new theme version, cleared all caches but the behaviour is the same.
It’s not showing all the categories in the portfolio menu but only 14.I’ve removed any limit, so that all projects are shown on the entry page but this doesn’t change anything.
Then I’ve defined some of the categories (in total 18), but then it shows only 8.

you might have not noticed, that we have way more than 14 categories. In total we have 28 categories which have articles assigned to it.
Besides that the shown categories differ from time to time, we were not sure how this is controlled.
The current situation is really frustrating, as it shows categories more or less on a random basis.We don’t want to have a specific number of categories like 8 or 28, we want to have a reliable configuration which either shows all categories which have articles assigned to it or control the categories which can be displayed.
How can this be achieved?

I’ve tried it from a totally different laptop which wasn’t accessing the website at all.
I even migrated the website to another domain and all caches were cleared but it’s still the same behaviour.I just recognized the version number of the two theme files which you’ve uploaded 7 & 18 days ago is the same (5.14.5).
The ZIP files have the exact same size in MB and Bytes.
Maybe you uploaded the old version of the theme? 🙂Kind Regards

Hi,
thanks, I’ve installed the new version of the theme and I can confirm there are now options to re-order images and removal of single images is working fine as well.
The only thing what I observed, when uploading a new image it will remove all existing images which were already in place. This is not a big problem as all images can be selected again and then re-ordered, it’s just some inconvenience.
Maybe you can consider this is in one of the next releases 🙂Thanks a lot for your support!!

In the custom CSS code and in the social media icons section of the theme settings, you’ve selected the “icon-heart” as icon to be displayed.

- The order should be “Instagram”, “Facebook”, “YouTube”, “Strava”
- Yes the Icon should be visible in the top header social icons.
Permissions have been adjusted.
Could you let us know which custom CSS code you added and where?
We want to be prepared for future updates in case the custom CSS code gets lost or so 🙂

2. Yes, this portfolio page has been removed in the meanwhile, most likely this can be marked as solved when you confirmed and fixed bug from question 1 🙂
