One more thing… Now when I resize my browser and my column heading needs two lines, it resizes the column and makes it taller than the others.
How can I make the columns stay the same size even when the heading needs two lines on smaller devices? I will attach a screen shot so you can see what I mean.

Ok thank you. It worked for the widget, but now they are very tall. Is there a way to make the height less? Can we add something to that code you gave me?

Ok so I copy the entire file /jevelin/inc/templates/titlebar.php from the parent theme into the child theme, then keep the entire file in the child theme and make edits to it?

When you hover over your demos, (Education, Startup, Construction, etc..), your images slightly move up and a shadow appears around it.
I really love this feature; it’s one of the main reasons I bought your theme.
Can you please tell me how I can recreate that?

I tried taking the first part of code out, and then the menu goes back go re-sizing, but then the button doesn’t move with it.
