Hi there – I’ve followed those steps and installed latest version of Jevelin (4.4.2).

I’ve then deactivated/deleted the WPBakery plugin, and then reinstalled by “Appearance > Plugins” … however, it is only installing version 6.0.4. It says there’s a 6.0.5 version available — am I able to access that?

Actually – I think I still have the child theme for version 4.4.2, and reinstalled the zip file. However, I get the attached error message – “the link you followed has expired.”

Are you able to provide me with the latest child theme for Jevelin? That is what I’d like to use, but I think what you sent me is only the main theme.

…I have the latest version of php and WordPress installed, not sure why I don’t have that option?

I actually don’t have that option — see screenshot attached. There is no drop-down for “Template” ?

Thank you so much for your quick reply, your support is for this theme is amazing and I’m absolutely recommending.

With that said — I do have my “Blog” page set as the Posts page, yet the options for stylizing that page don’t seem to be working. When I set the page at “Full Width” – the content simply goes way up to the top (screenshot attached) … and the right sidebar is still showing.

Can you tell me 1) where I need to designate this as my Blog page, and 2) how to make the sidebar go away?

I have no idea what happened to my message! I looks like when I pasted the code, it formatted the rest of my message in HTML. Ugh….

I’m attaching a screenshot of the code I found that I think will correct the issue — but as I said,Β it looks like the long number/letter combination changes every time the page loads?).

I would like this change on both the Homepage and Contact page – so that the Content begins at the same height as the logo in the Header.

Thank you – The previous issues have all been resolved!

Now, however, when I click a Portfolio item from my homepage, each one takes me to a “404 Error” page. Every portfolio item is published — but even when I got into their individual postings and click “preview”, it also takes me to “404 Error” page.

Homepage (“Development Projects” section about halfway down): http://silverpropertyinvestments.com

1 example portfolio link is here (although shows error!): http://silverpropertyinvestments.com/project/1704-melon-st-philadelphia-pa-19130/

The same issue is happening with “Listings”. I add a new listing and publish it, but then cannot see it.

    Hello –

The “Portfolio” feature of my website seems not to be working. I cannot see any of the existing Portfolio items I’ve created (“Portfolio > All Projects” shows me a blank screen – even though it says there are 11 active).

    Screenshot attached of my view.
