Hi,
I have confirmed this is specifically a Jevelin + WPBakery conflict on the WooCommerce order-received endpoint.
This means Jevelin’s WooCommerce template overrides or wrapper functions are marking the endpoint as 404 before WooCommerce resolves it when WPBakery is active.
Please check Jevelin’s WooCommerce templates (especially checkout/thankyou.php and wrapper-start.php/wrapper-end.php) and any functions that run on template_redirect or is_404(). The problem started recently, which aligns with a theme or WPBakery update changing the load order.
I need a patch or updated theme version that prevents Jevelin from forcing 404 on this endpoint when WPBakery is active.
If you are referring to the test you did prior,8 days ago, the reason the order whent through was because I had done a redirect. I removed the redirect that was in place so you could see that the issue still persists. I even did a test today and the issue is still aparent. The current theme is version 5.14 and the the WpBakery is version 8.7.2.
Upon communicating with WPBakery Support they are saying otherwise. You can refercen their response below. Please advise on how to fix this as it has been an ongoing issue. I have turned off and on all plugins and the only resolution is either chnaging the theme or removing WPBakery. Both are not options that I can make a permant fix.
Hello,
What you were seeing was a 404 redirect that I created. The problem still exists. I installed version 5.13 and the problem was still happening. So then I began deactivating plugins. When WPBakery was deactived the “order received” page information would come through making me think it is a plugin error now and no longer a theme error.
Thank you!
Good afternoon, yes this is a development site so you can do tests. It would be on the “Thank You” (order received) page right after an order is placed. To see the error an order has to be placed.
I have added a screenshot just now as an example of the error happening for you to review and see exactly what I am talking about. I have a video but it will not let me upload due to size.
It has been 4 days since I have heard anything regarding this 404 error on the checkout order received pages. We use your theme for multiple websites and it is occuring on all of them. I would appreciate a response on this error.
Can you please send version Jevelin Theme 5.13 so I can revert back. Then my clients will not have this issue while you resolve the error.
Thank you for your help and I appreciate your time. This has resolved the issue.
I have just updated the WPBakery plugin and it is still not fixing the problem. Please get back to me regarding this issue.
Can you please let me know any updates on this.
I see the error. Please try to login in now.
Thank you! I just uploaded and it resolved the issue.
Good morning,
Are there any updates on how this is going.
Thank you,

Good morning,
Following up again. Has there been any progress on the issue with the check out page problem?
Good afternoon,
I am following up again. Has there been any progress on the issue with the check out page problem?
I am following up because it has been almost a day since I have received a response. Has there been an update on your process or a resolution?
I am not sure when the issue began as I do not purchase off of this website often. I can say though that it is not happening on another website that uses the theme and the most up to date WooCommerce plugin. Would it be helpful to reference this website against the one having the problem?
Thank you for the help, it was not activated. Everything is working now.
Truly,
Nora Strittmatter
