    Hi, Its now been 3 weeks and no update? This is very concerning! Our clients are commenting on the image error on our site! This does not look good for our brand!

    Please can you advise when this will be fixed!

    Ok, I’ve had a look and shufflehound instagram works on the mobile device now (images show) just not on desk top version. I’ll wait for the fix as I don’t want the look / feel of the site to change.

    If you can please advise when fixed that would be appreciated.

    Ok if you can please advise when fixed that would be appreciated, I’ve just had a look at the site on Chrome desktop and it still showing no instagram images?!

    Hi Support!

    Yes please have a look and fix the issues, if you can.

    I have created a temporary admin account, please see username and  password in the private info field.

    To add, the mobile version shows the instagram images but just not on the desk top – I have cleared cookies and cache but still no show of images on the chrome browser.

    I’ve checked firefox browser and theres no instagram feed at all?

    Please help!

    Hi, I have updated the website with the new version for the theme 5.0.3 with the attached issues.

    The image doesn’t show up but the hash tags do? prior to this the images always showed and the hag tags didn’t (which is our preference).

    How can this be fixed?

    Hi, for some reason the instagram feed on the front page of my website is no longer showing?

    I’ve done everything you’ve suggested, all my plugins have been deactivated as mentioned in my previous correspondence with you! and still your latest update slows the site down, you can’t load more page then one, the second page just keeps loading with no end result!  It’s 100% not any plugin!

    The fact that when reversing wordpress update your plugin works, shows theres something wrong!

    Can you please look further!

    I have actioned and completed all that you have advised above! The front end of the site now loads and works.

    But, now the backend doesn’t when working with wordpress! The pages are now so slow to load half the time they don’t load at all! I can’t even us the WPBakery Page Builder as it well now load at all!

    To fix this I’ve had to:

    Restore a backup that didn’t have “Jevelin 4.7.1” – so “Jevelin 4.7”

    Add plugin wp-downgrade

    Switch back to wordpress 5.4.2 – Not the latest version 5.5

    Now everything works in the front end and backend of wordpress.

    I believe “Jevelin 4.7.1” still needs work/fixing, this version is not usable and very frustrating to work with as its taking 4 times the amount of time to work on the most basic of tasks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the custom plugin, this is still very worrying, as what if this happens again to the next wordpress update? I have clients/customers visiting my site daily.

    Im loosing revenue and tarnishing my quality reputation!

    How will this be rectified? My consumer confidence in your product is now low as a result!
