SMTP form settings didn’t work either. I instead installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin and went through the setup for Gmail and it worked. Thank you.

I have deleted and reinstalled the theme, but the problem with the .sh filter text at the top of the page is still there.
Please advise.
I upgraded PHP to version 7.2 and the theme is Jevelin 4.3.2. However, the original problem with .sh-filter text at the top of the page is still there.

Here is a screenshot from the latest version Safari 11. The home page does not load completely and the links are dead.
Responsive mobile versions only. Overlap happens on iPhone X running iOS12 with latest Safari update. Also overlaps in latest Chrome update on iPhone X. See both attachments. Something causes overlap in responsive versions only.
There is another issue.with the Jevelin theme update. The homepage fails to load properly in Safari 9.1.2. There is only the header and navigation and none of the navigation works. However, everything loads and works as expected using Chrome.
