What you wrote about is not what I meant. See below more explanation:
I want to add a custom content ABOVE EVERY BLOG POST CONTENT likewise on the Blog page. I’m aware that I can add my own content to the post but it will not appear above the featured image. Have a look at this page: https://quality-line.com/blog-and-news/ – I have added a call to action section with a heading + button. This has been done using Blog Editor Content. I want to add the same section above every single blog post. Can you advise on how to achieve that?
Hi,
I’m referring to the Blog Editor Content (see screenshot attached) – once enabled it allows to add custom content from a builder on the top of the blog page (a page where blog posts are populated).
Having said that, I would want to add custom content from a builder on a single blog post – preferable on the top of the post. Can you tell me what is the way to achieve that?
OK, just done that.
Hello again,
OK, once the custom builder is implemented on top of the blog page, can it be also activated on individual posts too?
Thanks.
…I’m asking as I’d want to add a different click event to the images.
Hello,
thank you. I thought there is a preset set up for this layout. Didn’t want to style it myself in case there were the preset styles already present in the template.
Oh, I have another idea and question for you:
Can I add a different footer only for blog template?
Hello!
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Thanks for the information provided. I will check the links you pasted.
Do you want to remove the top padding?
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
I can remove the padding and display: none the extra div – no worries. However I was surprised when this happened to the homepage while I was switching the editor for blog posts.
sorry – i have created a new ticket – you can delete my replies here.
Thanks for your reply. Sadly that’s not what I’m needing for my project. Any way to achieve that?
Plus – I have found a bug – when I switched on the blog editor content as instructed on the home page another div was added with padding-top: 60px with class named >>blog-editor-content-container<< 🙁
Hello!
1. Can you provide instructions on how to style blog layout elements like on here https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog/blog-large-images/? I mean the following element:
– search bar
– tag labels
– comments count
2. Also, can you make tags visible (as extra or alternative to catogory) on the blog post right next to category and comments count?
