That was a bug related to the WordPress 6.6 version, and we have created a beta update that should fix it:

Please test it and let us know if it resolves the issue. ๐
Also, remember to clear your browser cache after the update.
Page design might change if the theme settings are disabled. We recommend manually checking each page to identify the page builder used. Migrating from Unyson to Redux is strongly recommended if possible.
Got it! Do you use the Unyson page builder for your pages? If not, upgrading to the Redux framework could fix the issue.
We are glad that it worked! ๐
Great! Thank you for letting us know. ๐
Unyson is causing a lot of issues, so we recommend migrating away from it if possible. Just make sure that under Jevelin > Framework Upgrade page all is done.
This is a regular Gillion update with all the files. If you want, you can replace only those files, but we suggest doing a full update for the parent theme.
Can you please let us know which theme framework are you using for that site? Redux or Unyson?
Hi there,
We tested the issue and were able to replicate it. However, we currently don’t have any insights into the cause of the problem.
Could you let us know if this issue started after an update, or has it been happening from the beginning?
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hi there,
When adding links under Appearance > Menus, there should be an option called “Open link in a new window/tab” for each menu item. Please try enabling it.

Hi there,
Could you please attach a screenshot of what you see under the Jevelin > Framework Upgrade page?

Regarding the issues:
Additionally, we noticed that you are using a performance optimization plugin. In some cases, this can cause issues on the front end for non-logged-in users. You might want to try disabling it to see if that resolves the problem.
Can you please let us know which version of WordPress you are using and if it was working correctly before?
Hi there,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have created a beta update that should fix the issue:

Please note that WooCommerce only updates the version number in template files when there are actual changes. For example, the “add-to-cart.php” template file had no changes for a long time (since version 3.3.0) and was only recently updated to version 9.0.0 with very minor changes.
I hope this clarifies that.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hi there,
Have you tried changing it under Post Settings > Post tab at the bottom of the page?

Could you please share your login details so we can inspect this issue further? You can add the details in the private information field.
Hi there,
Sure, we can help you.
To fully remove it, you will likely need to modify PHP files. The relevant lines might be located in the inc/helpers.php file, lines 2023-2038.
May we ask why you need to remove it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hi there,
Could you please try disabling performance optimization plugins to see if that resolves the issue?

Hi there,
No, Elementor Pro is not required.
On the left side, you should see various Elementor elements under the Gillion group (they might be at the bottom of the list).
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hi there,
Is it possible for you to downgrade your site to PHP version 8.2? If so, could you please verify that it is working fine on that version?
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
