    Hello,

    Thanks for the details from your IT team!

    It seems we’ve optimized the most impactful aspects of the theme, but JavaScript load remains a key factor. Adding a CDN like Cloudflare, even on the free plan, could help significantly by reducing latency, especially for mobile users further from your server. We tested from a fiber connection in Europe and observed load times of up to 2.6 seconds for the previously tested image, so implementing a CDN could make a noticeable impact.

    If you need further assistance, please let us know – we’re here to support you in enhancing your site’s performance. 🙂

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    It might be the AMP plugin causing this issue. Could you please try disabling it temporarily and check if the layout displays correctly on mobile?

    Thank you, and let us know if this resolves the problem or if you need further assistance! 🙂

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the delayed response.

    We understand your concerns about the mobile PageSpeed Insights scores, even on pages with minimal content. To address this, we’d like to share a specific test case that helped us identify a potential issue with your server’s performance.

    Our Test Case:

    • We selected an image from your contact page that is approximately 330KB in size.
    • When loading this image directly from your server, it took around 0.8 to 1.2 seconds to load.
    • We then uploaded the same image to one of our servers and tested the loading time, which was significantly faster at 0.02 to 0.06 seconds

    This substantial difference indicates that your server’s response times are slower than expected, which can negatively impact your site’s overall speed and performance scores. Slow server speeds can cause delays in loading even small resources like images and scripts, leading to lower PageSpeed Insights scores, especially on mobile devices. To improve this, you might consider upgrading your hosting plan or implementing a Content Delivery Network (CDN) like Cloudflare, which can speed up content delivery and enhance your site’s performance.

    Regarding the WPBakery gallery element, although it’s part of the main page builder, some of its features can affect performance. We recommend trying a more optimized gallery plugin, such as FooGallery or Modula Gallery, which are designed to reduce layout shifts and improve loading times.

    Regarding the changes we made, we mostly adjusted the settings in the Autoptimize plugin to further optimize CSS and JS files, defer JavaScript parsing, and some other ones to enhance initial load times.

    Please let us know if you need assistance with any of these recommendations, and we’ll be happy to help. 🙂

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team

    Hello,

    Thank you for letting us know about the missing footer logo.

    We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We found that the image lazy loading setting in the Autoptimize plugin was affecting the footer logo. We’ve adjusted the settings to exclude the footer image from lazy loading, and it should now appear correctly. Could you please check your site to confirm everything is working as expected?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out! To use the Header Builder element for optimal compatibility, simply locate it in the WPBakery Page Builder’s element list. Replace your current header elements by adding the Header Builder element, which includes all the necessary functionality for your theme’s menu and navigation.

    Additionally, you can explore the header presets available in the theme settings. These presets offer pre-configured options that are easy to set up and ensure smooth integration with the rest of your theme.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate the access information.

    We’ve made several improvements to your site and, after running local Lighthouse tests (similar to PageSpeed Insights), we were able to achieve a mobile score between 50-60. While this is an improvement, we noticed one key issue affecting your score: the WPBakery Page Builder’s built-in gallery element at the top of your page is negatively impacting the Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) score. This causes the page to move and affects overall performance.

    We recommend considering a different method for displaying the gallery, or exploring optimized alternatives that may reduce CLS and improve overall speed.

    Please let us know if you’d like further assistance in making these adjustments or exploring additional optimizations!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message!

    If the changes aren’t showing up after clearing the cache, it could be that YellowPencil isn’t properly overriding the theme’s CSS. I recommend trying to apply the background color change directly in the WPBakery Page Builder, follow these steps:

    1. Edit the Footer Area with WPBakery:
      • Go to Pages in your WordPress dashboard and locate the page where your footer content is added (it might be in a specific Footer section if it’s built as a template).
      • Open the page in WPBakery Page Builder.
    2. Change the Background Color:
      • Locate the row or section that includes the footer area.
      • Click on the pencil/edit icon for the row or section.
      • In the popup, go to the Design Options tab.
      • Find the Background Color option and select the color you want (#C8C8C8).
      • Save the changes.
    3. Save and Preview:
      • Save your changes in WPBakery, update the page, and check if the changes reflect as expected.

    This method ensures that the changes are made directly within WPBakery without using custom CSS. Let me know if this works or if you need further assistance! 🙂

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message!

    The Jevelin theme doesn’t have a built-in maintenance mode, so it’s possible that a maintenance mode is being triggered by a plugin you have installed. I recommend checking your installed plugins, especially those related to maintenance or coming soon modes, and disabling them if necessary.

    If you’re still having trouble, feel free to share more details, and we’ll be happy to assist further! 🙂

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out! That sounds like a great customization idea.

    If you’d be able to share a link to your website where you’ve implemented this, we’d be happy to take a quick look and see what might be causing the issue with the sticky rows. Sometimes the surrounding elements or CSS rules could interfere with the position: sticky behavior.

    Feel free to share the link. 🙂

    Hello,

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with the education demo installation.

    To clarify, does the installation process complete and show a successful message, but the demo content is not visible? We attempted to check your website, but we encountered an error: “This site can’t be reached. Please check if there is a typo…” Could you please double-check the site and ensure it’s accessible?

    Let us know once it’s up, and we’ll be happy to assist further! 🙂

    Hello,

    To achieve a full-width blog layout on mobile, including the featured image and sidebar widgets, you can try using the following custom CSS. This should help expand the width of the content:

    @media (min-width: 550px) {
        body .container {
            max-width: 90%!important;
            padding: 0!important;
        }
    }

    This CSS will remove any padding and set the width to 100% for screens wider than 550px. You can adjust the media query value to fit your needs for different screen sizes.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance! 🙂

    Hello,

    Thank you for your suggestion! While it’s a great idea, we currently don’t have a built-in option to enable a lightbox for all images in blog articles created with the regular editor.

    However, we recommend searching for plugins that offer this functionality. There might be plugins available that can add lightbox functionality site-wide, including for blog posts created with the regular editor.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance!

    Hello,

    The steps to resolve this issue will depend on the changes you’ve made. If you are migrating to the Redux framework, please ensure the following:

    1. Go to Jevelin > Framework Upgrade and confirm that all steps have been completed.
    2. Make sure the Redux Framework plugin is active.

    If you prefer to continue using the Unyson framework, please check that the Unyson Framework plugin is still active.

    Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Regarding your questions:

    1. How to Replace the Slider with a GIF: To replace the current slider with a GIF, you can use the WPBakery or Elementor page builder (depending on which you’re using with the Jevelin theme). Simply remove the slider element and add an image element, where you can upload the GIF. If you want the GIF to animate when the website loads (like your company logo sliding out), you might need to add custom animations or use a plugin that supports animations triggered by scrolling. While the Jevelin theme doesn’t have built-in support for advanced GIF triggers like a one-time play on load, you could achieve this effect by customizing the GIF behavior through the image making software that allows you to set it to play only once, rather than looping continuously.
    2. What Size Should the GIF Be: The recommended size for your GIF will depend on your specific layout. For a full-width design like the Architect theme, we recommend testing different widths. A good starting point would be creating the GIF with a width of 1024 pixels, but you may need to adjust it slightly depending on how it looks in your layout. Be sure to optimize the GIF file for web use to prevent slow loading times.

    We haven’t specifically tested this configuration with a GIF, so I recommend trying different sizes and checking what looks best for your design. Also, while creating the GIF, you can use software that allows you to control the number of loops, ensuring it only plays once.

    Please let us know how it goes, or if you need any further assistance!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message, and I apologize for the delayed response.

    I’ve checked your site, and it looks like the header navigation links are now working. Were you able to resolve the issue on your end?

    It appears that the header has been built using the WPBakery Page Builder, but without our Header Builder element. We recommend using the Header Builder element for optimal compatibility with the theme. Additionally, you can choose from our theme’s header presets in the theme settings, which are fully options-based and may offer an easier solution.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance, and we’ll be happy to help! 🙂
